RallySense Terms of Service

Important Notice

These Terms apply to your use of the RallySense App, rallysense.ai, paidongapp.com, and other official RallySense web experiences, including account login, on-device App analysis, video upload, cloud AI analysis, match reports, sharing, memberships, analysis-minute packs, and support.

Please read these Terms carefully, especially provisions on payment, uploaded videos, AI analysis limitations, data processing, intellectual property, account restrictions, and dispute resolution. If you do not agree, please stop using the services.

1. Service Provider and Scope

RallySense services are provided by Shanghai Paidong Information Technology Co., Ltd. (上海拍动信息科技有限公司), Unified Social Credit Code 91310120MACFAQA79T, with its registered address at Building 8, No. 251 Liantang Road, Xinghuo Development Zone, Fengxian District, Shanghai, China. You may contact us at [email protected]. “RallySense”, “we”, or “us” refers to Shanghai Paidong Information Technology Co., Ltd., and “you” refers to the user.

Services may include App-based tennis recording and on-device analysis, cloud upload and analysis selected by the user, web-based cloud analysis, cloud task management, match reports, membership and usage management, sharing, and other features made available from time to time.

2. Account and Security

You may register or log in using phone, email, Apple, Google, WeChat, or other supported methods. You must provide lawful and accurate information and keep your account secure.

Your account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, rent, lend, share, resell, use it for commercial batch analysis, or bypass usage limitations.

3. Uploads, Offline Analysis, and Reports

When you use only the App's on-device analysis features, the video is processed on your device and is not uploaded to RallySense cloud services solely for that local analysis. If you choose cloud analysis, synchronization, sharing, backup, or submit content for support, the content you select will be uploaded and processed as described in the RallySense Privacy Policy.

Web cloud analysis means that a tennis match, training, or related video you select is submitted to our cloud processing queue to create AI analysis tasks and generate reports, heatmaps, shot statistics, clips, and related outputs. Before submission, certain upload sessions or file handles may remain only in your browser; after submission, the video is uploaded to our cloud storage and analysis systems.

You confirm that you have lawful rights or permissions for all uploaded videos and content, and that such content does not infringe image rights, privacy, intellectual property, or other rights of any person.

AI analysis results depend on video quality, camera angle, lighting, occlusion, court conditions, network status, and server workload. Results are for training review and reference only, and are not professional coaching, medical advice, official match adjudication, or guaranteed performance improvement.

4. User Content License

You retain your lawful rights in uploaded content. To provide upload, storage, transcoding, AI analysis, report display, cross-device sync, sharing, support, and security review, you grant us a non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to store, copy, transcode, analyze, display, and generate derivative analysis data within the scope necessary for the service.

Unless needed to provide the service, comply with law, handle security or infringement issues, or unless you authorize us separately, we will not use your private videos for public marketing or sell them to unrelated third parties.

5. Paid Services

RallySense may provide free quotas, memberships, subscriptions, analysis-minute packs, promotional minutes, and other paid benefits. Names, prices, benefits, validity periods, renewals, cancellations, and refund rules are subject to the purchase page, App Store purchase page, web payment page, order details, and the RallySense Membership Terms.

iOS in-app auto-renewable subscriptions are generally purchased, renewed, canceled, and refunded through Apple and App Store rules. Web subscriptions or packs are handled according to the web payment channel and order records displayed to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt analysis queues, upload unlawful or unauthorized content, resell account benefits, submit tasks by scripts or unauthorized APIs, or engage in any conduct that violates law, infringes rights, or harms service stability.

7. Privacy

We process personal information, videos, analysis results, device information, web cookies/local storage, orders, and support records according to the RallySense Privacy Policy.

8. Service Changes

Services may change, pause, or terminate due to maintenance, feature iteration, technical failure, third-party service changes, legal requirements, force majeure, or security risks. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you and reduce impact.

9. Intellectual Property

Except for user content and third-party rights, all software, pages, interactions, icons, trademarks, algorithms, models, report templates, data structures, and platform content are owned by us or the relevant rights holders.

10. Minors

RallySense is not intended for children under the age of 13. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or submit personal information to RallySense.

If you are at least 13 but under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use RallySense only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Guardians should supervise video uploads, public sharing, purchases, and analysis use.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly. Parents or guardians may contact [email protected].

11. Updates, Law, and Contact

We may update these Terms for product, legal, or operational reasons. Mainland PRC law applies unless mandatory law provides otherwise. For questions, contact [email protected].
