Introduction

This Policy applies to the RallySense App, rallysense.ai, paidongapp.com, web cloud analysis, membership and usage management, sharing pages, support, and related services.

RallySense is operated by Shanghai Paidong Information Technology Co., Ltd. Uploaded videos, video metadata, analysis results, account information, payment orders, device information, and web cookies/local storage may relate to you or other people appearing in a video. We process them under lawful, legitimate, necessary, and minimum-necessary principles.

1. Information We Collect and Use

Account and Login

We may process phone number, email, verification codes, third-party login identifiers, nickname, avatar, login status, account ID, membership status, and security verification records.

On-Device App Analysis

When you use only the App's on-device recording and analysis features, the video file is processed on your device and is not uploaded to RallySense cloud services solely for that local analysis.

If you choose cloud analysis, cross-device synchronization, sharing, cloud backup, or submit content for support, the video, analysis results, or related information you select will be processed as described in the Cloud Analysis section below.

Cloud Analysis

When you submit a cloud analysis task through the website or App, we process the video file you select, cover image, file name, duration, resolution, frame rate, bitrate, creation time, upload progress, task ID, analysis type, singles/doubles mode, queue status, failure reason, and analysis results.

Cloud-analysis videos and related data are uploaded to Alibaba Cloud international cloud services for storage, transcoding, AI analysis, report generation, task history, troubleshooting, quota deduction, and security review. Cloudflare provides content delivery, network acceleration, and security services through its global network.

The website may store upload sessions, task queues, temporary file handles, or resume-upload information in your browser. Clearing browser storage may prevent unfinished uploads from resuming.

Membership, Payment, and Billing

For purchases, subscriptions, or analysis-minute packs, we process order number, product ID, product name, amount, currency, payment channel, payment status, subscription agreement number, benefit period, renewal/cancellation status, and necessary payment callbacks. We do not store full bank card numbers, Apple ID passwords, or third-party payment passwords.

Device, Network, and Security

We may process device model, system version, App version, browser type, IP address, network status, logs, crash data, operation records, and risk-control data to protect accounts, uploads, analysis, and payments.

2. Permissions and Web Technologies

The App may request camera, microphone, photos/media, notifications, Bluetooth, network, or location permissions depending on features. Refusing a permission may affect the related feature.

The website may use cookies, localStorage, IndexedDB, and similar technologies to maintain login, save upload sessions, perform basic analytics, and protect security.

3. Sharing and Service Providers

We may engage cloud storage, CDN, video transcoding, AI analysis, SMS/email, login, payment, analytics, support, and security providers to process necessary information under contractual safeguards.

Alibaba Cloud international cloud services provide storage, computing, and video-processing infrastructure for Cloud Analysis. Cloudflare provides CDN, network acceleration, and security services through its global network. The RallySense App may integrate the Umeng+ SDK for App analytics, crash analysis, and basic operational analytics. The SDK will be initialized and collect necessary information only after you consent to this Privacy Policy. The information may include device information (IMEI, Mac, Android ID, IDFA, OPENUDID, GUID, SIM IMSI, and geolocation), network information, App operation logs, and crash information, subject to the device system, user permissions, SDK modules, and enabled features. iOS in-app purchases are provided by Apple. Web payments may be provided by Alipay or other payment providers. Third-party services apply their own privacy policies to information they independently collect.

4. Storage and Protection

Videos used for on-device App analysis are stored and managed on your device. We do not retain those videos in the cloud unless you choose cloud analysis, synchronization, sharing, backup, or support features.

Cloud videos, analysis results, orders, and logs are retained for the period needed to provide the service and membership benefits and to meet legal, dispute-resolution, and security-audit requirements.

When you delete a cloud video, analysis task, or report, deletion takes effect immediately in the user-facing service: the content immediately becomes inaccessible through your account, is removed from our active storage systems, and related CDN caches are invalidated. Transaction records and necessary security logs that must be retained by law are deleted or anonymized when the applicable retention period ends.

We use access controls, encrypted transmission, permission isolation, logging, backups, and incident response measures. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, copy, correction, completion, deletion, withdrawal of consent, account deletion, permission management, restriction or refusal of certain processing, and data portability where legally available. We may verify your identity before responding.

6. Minors

RallySense is not intended for children under the age of 13. Children under 13 may not create an account or submit personal information to RallySense.

If you are at least 13 but under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use RallySense only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly. 7. Cross-Border Notes

RallySense may provide services to users in different countries and regions. Videos used for on-device App analysis remain on your device. When you use Cloud Analysis, the related video and data are processed through Alibaba Cloud international cloud services and Cloudflare's global network and may therefore be processed outside the country or region where you live. We use contractual, access-control, encrypted-transmission, and other reasonable safeguards for cross-border processing.
